General
1.1 – Delivery will be made on receipt of payment
1.2 – All stock items will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
1.3 – A full refund will be given on items returned in a boxed and new condition within 14 days.

Bespoke Jewellery Commissions & Made to Order Items
2.1 – The customer must pay a standard deposit of 50% of the total estimate on order.
2.2 – The remaining total must be paid in full on completion.
2.3 – If the customer requires a piece involving particularly costly/unusual materials an additional deposit may be required. This will be stated in the estimate.
2.4 – The customer reserves the right to return the final piece if the item is not satisfactory and all efforts have been made to correct any errors and make the piece to the customers expectations.

After Care
3.1 – A six month warranty offers free repair/replacement on any items damaged through faulty workmanship.
3.2 – A charge may be made for repairs/replacement’s caused by misuse or negligence within the six month period.
3.3 – A charge may be made for repairs/replacements caused by wear and tear outside of the six month warranty.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We offer a free polishing service on all our precious metal jewelley (P&P charged at cost).
