I would like to have a piece of jewellery specially made where do I start?!

Its always a good idea to have a rough concept in mind.
When custom designing jewellery we will need to know things like, who the piece is for? Is it a ring, necklace, bracelet etc..? Would you like us to use stones? If so anything specific? What metal would you like the piece to be made from?
We work in Fairtrade Gold (9ct & 18ct, yellow or white), Platinum, Palladium or Sterling Silver.
A rough idea of your budget also helps when designing the piece, particularly if we are using precious gemstones such as diamonds or sapphires.
The piece I wanted has sold. Can you make another for me?
It depends on the piece. Some items are one off and some limited edition.

How long will delivery take?
All in stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering.
Bespoke commissions and made to order items take between 4-8 weeks depending on the item.

What if I decide the product isn’t what I wanted?
A full refund will be given on all ‘in stock’ shop items returned in a boxed and new condition within 14 days.

What if the piece of jewellery doesn’t fit?
Depending on the piece we can usually re-size to fit you, sometimes this may incur a small extra cost. Please contact us to discuss your options.
If the item cannot be re sized we can usually make something similar to fit.
Alternatively we would be happy to refund you as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Outside the 14 day return period we would be happy to offer an exchange.
