Delivery
All stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering.
Personal commissions can take between 4-8 weeks from date of order.

All Juniper Tree orders will be sent first class Royal Mail.
All precious jewellery items or orders valued over £100 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International orders will be sent by secure courier.

Returns
A full refund will be given on stock items returned in a boxed and new condition within 14 days.

Regrettably we cannot refund return postage costs for general returns.
We recommend that any returns are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another traceable & insured courier service.

Warranty
We offer a six month warranty with free repair/replacement on any items damaged through faulty workmanship.
A charge may be made for repairs/replacement's caused by misuse or negligence within the six month period.
A small charge may be made for repairs/replacements caused by wear and tear outside of the six month warranty.
