I would like to have a piece of jewellery specially made where do I start?!
Contact us first… Its always a good idea to have a rough concept in mind.
We will need to know things like, who the piece is for? Is it a ring, necklace, bracelet etc.. ? Would you like us to use stones? If so anything specific? What metal would you like the piece to be made from?
We can work in Gold (9ct & 18ct, yellow or white) Silver, Platinum or Palladium.
A rough idea of your budget also helps when designing the piece, particularly if we are using precious gemstone such as diamonds or sapphires.
We are usually able to come back to you within a week with one or two designs and prices.
If the design and price is acceptable we ask you to sign and return our estimate clearly indicating your choice along with at least 50% deposit. (see terms and conditions for full deposit terms).
The piece I wanted has sold. Can you make another for me?
Regrettably no.
We could design something similar just for you but not exactly the same.
All pieces made are totally unique and one of a kind.
We don’t replicate any of our designs (except the limited edition Nightshade Collection). This makes each piece special to the owner and completely unique.

What if I decide the product isn’t what I wanted?
A full refund will be given on items returned in a boxed and new condition within 14 days.

What if the piece of jewellery doesn’t fit?
Depending on the piece we can usually re-size to fit you, sometimes this may incur a small extra cost. Please contact us to discuss your options.
If the item cannot be re sized we can usually make something similar to fit.
Alternatively we would be happy to refund you as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Outside the 14 day return period we would be happy to offer an exchange.
