All stock items will be shipped within at least 48 hours of ordering.
Many other items are made to order.
Out of stock or special colour requests for the Nightshade Collection can take between 1-4 weeks, depending on availability.

Personal commissions take between 4-8 weeks from date of order.
All Juniper Tree orders will be sent first class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail.
All precious jewellery items or orders valued over £100 will be sent insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International orders will be sent by secure courier.
