Returns
- A full refund will be given on stock items returned in a boxed and new condition within 14 days.
- Please see Terms & Conditions for commission return conditions.
- Regrettably we cannot refund return postage costs for general returns.
- We recommend that any returns are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another traceable & insured courier service.
Warranty
- We offer a six month warranty with free repair/replacement on any items damaged through faulty workmanship.
- A charge may be made for repairs/replacement’s caused by misuse or negligence within the six month period.
- A small charge may be made for repairs/replacements caused by wear and tear outside of the six month warranty.

We offer a free polishing service on all our precious metal jewelley (P&P charged at cost).
